1 General Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bd350 processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services. Our accepted payment methods are:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit depends on the account verification level.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• The account must be fully verified at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus has not met its wagering requirement, the withdrawal will be held.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bd350 offers bonus deals for new and existing players. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 and get the maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit).

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Wagering must be completed to withdraw real money winnings from bets placed with bonus funds.
• bd350 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• A promotion cannot be combined with another offer at the same time, unless clearly stated.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the bd350 platform are operated to ensure fairness. Our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bets placed due to a system error will be considered void.
• Game rounds left incomplete due to technical issues will be cancelled and bets will be refunded.

• If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• As a protective measure due to a security risk.
• An order from a court or authority.

9.2 Closure by the User
